We take great care to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product has expired or is not fit for consumption upon receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Once approved, our team will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Items purchased under discounted offers or promotions.
  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
  1. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing timeline.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To cancel your order, please email us immediately at Query@millex.in with your order details.

  1. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images of the product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Our team will review the case and process a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
